Oh my gawd!
Revolutionary TV & website combo

The revolution IS being televised!

Current.tv

It’s finally coming together. (Surprisingly or not, some credit to Al Gore for helping this to happen.) Viewers contribute video stories. They get voted on via the website and, then viola, what "we" like (the videos that get the most votes) get shown on the air. There's more. Lots more...

For example, apparently Current.tv has also been very involved in giving visibility to the Iraq white phosphorous story among others... (click on “video preview” then under “current journalism” click on “white phosphorus”.)

I’m VERY impressed... and pleasantly surprised to find out that Current.tv is on my local Comcast cable TV system.

(Thanks to Ted Howard of Community-Wealth.org for turning me onto this. And for full disclosure purposes, Mr. Howard is also a ComBridges website design client.
